As our communication with parents is restricted at the moment because of Covid-19, our class email address is:

extonclass@morlandprimary.com

Please contact us if there is anything you wish to discuss. This email address is active between 9.00am and 3.30pm on school days. We will reply to messages as soon as we can.

Parents will be emailed a weekly invitation to a meeting with the teacher. If you don't receive an invitation or you need to change it then just email and let us know.

Please make sure you go to Mrs Babbs' and Mrs Pizzey's class page to see the Literacy, Vocabulary videos and Topic work. Mrs Babbs has recorded videos that you can join in with for different stories.

Maths for both classes will be on this webpage.

The whole week is available but don't do too much at once.

Please make sure you watch the video before you do the worksheets.

Lessons from previous weeks will be available on the link below.

Monday 18th January

Watch the video together. You might need the numberlines that were sent out in the first pack. If you don't have one they are easy enough to draw.

Tuesday 19th January

Watch the video together. You might find it helpful to have counters and numberlines.

Wednesday 20th January

Watch the video and work through the questions together.

Thursday 21st January

Watch the Numberblocks episodes first and talk about the < and > symbols before watching the video and answering the questions.

Friday 22nd January.

No video for this one. Just the questions. This is a review so please let them work the answers out on their own. They might well still need support to read the questions.

For next Monday you will need 50 items to count. You can use anything that is vaguely the same, for example buttons, counters, Lego bricks, pennies or even sweets like Skittles!
