We ground an ear of wheat, sieved it and made flour.
We used strong flour, yeast, warm water and oil to make bread rolls. We kneaded the dough until it was smooth. The rolls were very yummy!
We needed to make some butter to go on our bread rolls. All we needed was double cream and lots of shaking. Miss Fraser finished off the shaking when it got too hard for us. We poured off the liquid and washed the butter.
