Welcome to Year 3/4!

We are the Blackbirds.

Important Information:

Teacher: Mr Robinson and Miss Shipston

TA: Mrs Brabbin

Mr Ablett, Mr Exton and Mr Locke will also teach the class once a week.

PE is on Mondays and Thursdays so please come to school in the correct PE kit on these days.

Spelling/handwriting homework is sent out on Fridays and needs to completed and returned to school by Wednesday the following week.  (Children will receive a housepoint if they hand it in early on Monday.)  If they do not complete their homework they will need to complete it in their own time during morning break.

The children are also expected to play 'Tackling Tables' at home at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes.  Their logins are in their homework books.  The children need to practise the multiplication questions for their colour - blue, green or red.  When they have passed a test at school they can go on to the next colour.

We also expect the children to read regularly at home either to themselves or an adult - at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes .
