Book of the week 

In Reception, each week we complete activities based on our book of the week. The children learn 2 words a day from the story that will help extend their language development. We read the book every day and encourage the children to retell their own versions through role play and small world opportunities. Below you will find the stories and a story map to accompany, which hopefully will support your child to independently read the story at home.
