Making bread and butter
We made bread and butter.
To make the bread we mixed 500g of bread flour with 300ml of warm water, 7g of yeast, tow table spoons of oil and some salt.
We took turns to mix, stir and kneed the dough.
Then we each made our own bread roll which we cooked in the oven. It was ready to eat by hometime.
Then we made butter.
We put double cream into a tub and shook it. The butter and the butter milk split. We then washed the butter.
Finally we ate some of the butter on our bread, It was all so yummy.
