Jogging bottoms or leggings  (not jeans)

Tops: short sleeve T-shirts/long sleeve T-shirts/fleeces/jumpers/thermals/base layers (Layers)

Jackets: Waterproof coat (not water resistant) – Warm and lightweight

Waterproof trousers

Underwear/socks (lots)

Evening clothes (1 or 2 sets)

Nightwear

Footwear:  Worn in walking shoes/boots (waterproof, not water resistant), trainers, slippers.

Hats/gloves

Other Items

•       2 towels

•       Reusable drinks bottle

•       Small rucksack

•       Labelled bin bag for wet/dirty clothes

•       Washbag:  soap, shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste

•       Torches/books/playing cards/travel board games

•       NO ELECTRICAL DEVICES: Phones, games etc.

•       No valuables
