Meet the staff.
Start the Day the Right Way!
Join us at Discovery Cove Breakfast Club, where children can enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast before the school day begins.
We offer a wide range of cereals, along with:
* Waffle Wednesday
*Wholemeal toast
* Jam
* Marmite
* Fresh Juice/Milk/Water
Once children have finished their breakfast, they are encouraged to tidy away their breakfast, clear their bowls/plates/cups and then are free to make their own choice of activities, allowing them to have a relaxed and friendly start to the morning, giving children time to eat, chat and get ready for a fantastic day at school!
End the Day, the Happy Way!
Discovery Cove After-School Club runs from 3:25 pm until 4:30 pm, providing children with a safe, relaxed and enjoyable place to spend time after the school day.
Our aim is to provide children with a calm end to their school day, where they can relax, play and have fun with their friends.
At the end of the school day:
* EYFS children are collected from their lines by Discovery Cove staff
* Yr1 - Yr6 will make their own way to the Nursery garden
We understand that children have had a busy day at school, so After School Club is centred around free play and choice. Children are encouraged to choose what they would like to do and can enjoy a variety of activities at their own pace.
Children are also offered a small snack, either a biscuit or a piece of fruit, depending on their preference
